My name is Helen Sinclair and grew up in both England and in Japan. My job is developing curricula and course programs in TCLC. Iﾕm sure our friendly front desk staff will take good care of you. They can recommend programs that meet your specific needs. Our programs are designed to simulate you so that your speaking ability and confidence using English will greatly improve. Learning a foreign language takes a long time, but if you persevere you will achieve your goal!
